Microsoft will replace unplayable discs

Microsoft just announced a new program where they will replace damaged Xbox 360 discs.
One condition - the game has to be published by Microsoft and on the list below of games in order to be eligible for a return.
Fortunately, this isn't limited to just the U.S. and includes any country where Xbox 360’s are sold by authorized retailers.
The elgible games are:
Crackdown
Fuzion Frenzy 2
Gears Of War
Halo 2
Kameo: Elements of Power
Ninety Nine Nights
Perfect Dark Zero
Project Gotham Racing 3
Viva Piñata
Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged Vol. 1
