And you don't ven need to own a PlayStation

The Dance Dance Revolution series has sold more than four million copies in North America since its debut on the PlayStation so many years ago, and while the expected sequels are coming later this year, Konami's also trying something new by collaborating with Disney and Majesco Entertainment on a plug-and-play version of the game entitled DDR Disney Mix.

Have you seen the old-school Genesis and Atari products at retailers like Best Buy and Toys "R" Us where you simply plug an A/V cord into your TV to start playing? It's a similar concept here, except this one comes with a custom Disney pad instead of a standard buttoned controller.

DDR Disney Mix isn't exactly an original concept, though. Konami's second PlayStation DDR release in the United States was none other than DDR Disney Mix. We're guessing the publisher's simply gone and eliminated the need for a PlayStation from the equation from this release, but we're awaiting confirmation on whether anything's been changed in the translation.
