Black for Xbox Leaks onto the Internet

Spong has reported that the code to EA's upcoming Black has leaked out onto peer-to-peer networks and pirates across the globe are downloading and playing the game on their modded Xbox's. This in itself is nothing new, as it happens all the time. What Spong is saying is that although the source is unknown, it is believed the stolen code came from a recently departed staffer who was one of the 350 people laid off recently at EA. The game code is from the PAL release.
It will be interesting to see how munch energy EA puts into tracking down the perpetrator.
