Rockstar North- creators of San Andreas are under fire fromm the ESRB of North America for the "NUDE COFFEE MINI GAME MOD" Released recently.

Rockstar claims the Mod was put there by modders- and that its beyond the scope of the company and the ESRB.

They are currently "complying fully with their enquiries" in claiming there innosence.

The ESRB claims the Hot Coffee mod should have led GTA:San Andreas to get an AO (Adult Only Rating) rather than its current M (mature) rating.
