The Prizes for July 2005:
1st prize - Case modding package including labor

Total prize consists of: - 1 Clear acrylic jewel
- 1 10 LED Jewel Ring - Colors available (blue, green, red, UV, orange, pink, white, yellow.
- 1 LED modded Controller Ports - Colors available (same as LED ring)
- 1 Eject/Power PCB with LEDs changed to your specs. Same colors availabe as previous LED mods.
- 1 Vinyl Xbox Skin - Colors available. Red, Blue, Jewel Green, Yellow, Purple, Vibrant Green

Winner is responsible for shipping their Xbox to my shop, but I will include return shipping as part of the prize. Or, I can just send product and you can do your own labor, but I would be more than happy to do it for the winner.

2nd Prize - DuoX 2 Mod chip

3rd Prize - Vinyl Xbox Skin - Choice of Red, Blue, Jewel Green, Yellow, Purple, Vibrant Green.

The contest like all others is based on a point system. Every time you participate in the forum, or submit news, cheats, reviews, etc...you get a certain amount of points. Granted some people have more time than others to partcipate so if anyone can think of any twists to make the contest as fair as possible I am up for suggestions.

I was thinking that maybe tally up all the points at the end of the month and for ever 500 points that someone has they get a ticket. Then, we first draw for 1st prize, then second, then third. Only one prize per person, so once someone's ticket is drawn for the first prize they cannot win second or third.

This way, our loyal members who don't have all the time in the world to submit files will still have a slight chance at getting first prize. However of course, the more you submit the more tickets you get...and the more tickets you get the more likelyhood of you getting first prize.

It's just a thought...we dont have to go there, but I just thought I would maybe make some suggestions and see what everyone thought.

Oh, and I would also like to add that I am personally going to purchase each winner an official Xbox-HQ T-Shirt

Ring in..we only have a couple more days before this contest gets underway. I also think we should make it clear who is and who is not eligible for the contest. I am not sure if the previous contests were for all who wanted to participate, or if it was a matter of VIPs. Personally, I don't care but if forahobby could touch base on this I think it would be great.

Maybe we'll do a separate VIP contest with some BIG DOG prizes real soon.... Oh the wheels are already turning...lol.
