' Digital Illusions announced today that the next chapter in the Battlefield series will be available for the Xbox 360 video game system from Microsoft in the first quarter of 2006 '
In Battlefield 2 Modern Combat, players can take control of over 30 vehicles and over 50 state of the art weapons to engage in major conflicts with up to 24 players in immense online battles. The Xbox 360 version promises to support more than 32 players online.
The Sweden-based company, best known for the RalliSport Challenge and Battlefield series.
