MadnessX is a new homebrew game for Xbox and is now completed by Team AfterShock:

Well the game is now done and being tested by various people on IRC...so as long as nothing is totally fucked up the game can be released very soon...

You can actually take a baseball bat and hit around the head too... Actually it comes in use when you have to kill jet packers, you can hit the head into them and kill them.

The game also records some stats like the highest you've ever smacked a head, number of decapitations etc Oh I have put in 5 or 6 unlockables too.
