After the expansion of the site over the last few months i thought it best to release a news story with detailed information on what everyones positon is on HQ including mine.

For the first 12 months the site was online it only had 1 x administrator (forahobby - me). I added everything using my 56k connection including over 1gb of files and spent over 8hrs per day to keep it going.

After that DJB came along who has been a close friend for over 14 years and then we started getting in scripting etc etc so we need another admin.. In comes RealMccloy (TheModGod) to save the day..! hehe lol

A huge thankyou to all admins who contribute their own personal time like myself and DJB who intially created the site. You all know who you are.. ModGod, CustomXmodz, sjohn, bobrownik, vtknightmare etc etc (i could go on).

We have alot of Admins here working hard to give you all the information you now see on the site and need daily.. We know you all appreciate our efforts but would love to hear your feedback in any of our forums or in this news topic. Most of us work full-time but still visit the site everyday and reply to all your emails, pms, vip support tickets etc etc..

Anyway, onto the list of our current admins and what they do daily on the website to keep it functioning.. If you are interested in a particular section thats great but we dont want to many guys looking after each section..

Xbox-Hq Administrators:

ADMIN:
forahobby - ADMIN/SITE OWNER/SUPERUSER (all sections)
DJB - ADMIN/2ND IN CHARGE/SUPERUSER (all sections)

* superuser admin tasks are DATABASE RELATED.

CO-ADMIN:
TheModGod - SUPER ADMIN (most sections)
CustomXmodz - HARDWARE/SWF/VIP TICKETS/FORUMS

CO-ADMIN DESCRIPTION:
- Can approve most things on the website but must always speak with ADMIN before approving anything drastic.
- Closest potition you can get to superuser access on the website. Has full access to all other non superuser admin tasks.

SENIOR ADMIN:
sjohn - SOFTMOD ADMINISTRATOR/VIP TICKETS/FORUM
bobrownik - VIP TICKETS/FORUMS

SENIOR ADMIN DESCRIPTION:
- Access to Support tickets and full moderator access in the forums
- Can have access to any non superuser admin tasks if requested
- Must always speak with ADMIN before making major changes to any of the modules key features.

JUNIOR ADMIN:
maddogtime - FTP ADMINISTRATOR 1 (finland) vtKnightmare - FTP ADMINISTRATOR 2 (usa)/VIP TICKETS/FORUM
shark2th - NEWS ADMINISTRATOR
Drunken - IRC ROOM

JUNIOR ADMIN DESCRIPTION:
- Access to Vip Support tickets and basic access to add news, downloads, Weblinks, Tutorials etc etc
- Can only have access to one section only to prove themselves. (e.g. News Only, Downloads Only)
- Must always speak with ADMIN before making changes.

You can help the site pay its bills (hosting etc) at anytime by donating and becoming a VIP MEMBER or purchasing some of our XBOX-HQ merchandise now found in the HQ Merchanise store.
